Abstract
Gastrointestinal linear foreign body obstruction in cats is a common clinical condition in veterinary practice.Its clinical symptoms overlap with those of feline gastroenteritis and pancreatitis,necessitating differential diagnosis through history-taking,visual and tactile examinations,and imaging.The traction effect of foreign bodies can cause inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract,edema of the intestinal wall and secondary pancreatitis.In severe cases,it can lead to perforation in the mesentery,which causes certain difficulties to the treatment of this disease.This article analyzes the diagnosis and treatment process of a feline gastrointestinal linear foreign body obstruction case to provide insights for clinical management of similar conditions.关键词
