Practice of Cross-Mountain Coordination and Integration of Public Services in Mountainous Areas:A Case Study of Jinyun County,Zhejiang Province
摘要
Abstract
Promoting common prosperity requires coordinating basic public services between urban and rural areas and effectively enhancing their accessibility and equalization.Due to constraints such as economic development level,population distribution,and mountainous natural factors,mountainous areas face more difficulties and pressures in the supply of basic public services,requiring more flexible and diverse approaches and standards.Jinyun County is a mountainous county and an old revolutionary base area in Zhejiang Province.In the process of promoting the equalization of basic public services in mountainous areas,it has focused on key townships,mountainous characteristics,urban-rural integration,market mechanisms,and policy support,actively explored practice of cross-mountain coordination and integration of public services,and improved the accessibility and resource utilization efficiency of basic public services in the region.It provides valuable lessons for similar areas with its practical approaches.At the same time,as a representative of mountainous counties,Jinyun County can further enhance the cross-mountain coordination and integration of basic public services through planning and layout,resource integration,diversified supply,and regional cooperation.关键词
