"三新"视域下纪法监督保障"重要窗口"建设的进路优化
Path Optimization of the Construction of"Important Windows"in Supervision and Safeguard of Discipline and Law from the Perspective of"Three New"
摘要
Abstract
Zhejiang has demonstrated the commitment of discipline inspection and supervision in the construction of"important windows"while advancing the practice of the socialist supervision system with Chinese characteristics,which is based on the practical decisions of grasping the new development stage,implementing the new development philosophy and constructing the new development paradigm(abbreviated as"three new").From the perspective of"three new",we must have a scientific understanding of the formation logic of the basic requirements,fundamental tasks,and key roles,and comprehensively examine the current situation at the levels of theory,practice,and institution for the construction of"important windows"in supervision and safeguard of discipline and law.In terms of strategy,we should consistently uphold the"six persistent commitments"and achieve path optimization of the construction of"important windows"in supervision and safeguard of discipline and law by strengthening top-level design,improving supervision and safeguard mechanisms,advancing technological innovation in supervision and safeguard,fostering supervision and safeguard culture,enhancing international cooperation,establishing a sound fault-tolerance mechanism,and so on.关键词
