Research on the Measurement of Development Level and Spatial-temporal Difference of the Integration of Talent Chains,Innovation Chains,and Industrial Chains in China
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]The synergy among talent chains,innovation chains,and industrial chains plays a crucial role in optimizing China's resource allocation efficiency and realizing high-quality economic development.However,current research has limited focus on the"multi-chains",leaving room for improvement in terms of their completeness and systemic nature,and more exploration is required regarding the development level,regional structure,and dynamic evolution process of the integration of"three chains".[Research method]Based on the panel data of China's 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)except Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan from 2010 to 2022,this study uses a coupling coordination model to measure the development level of the"three chains"integration and employs kernel density estimation,Theil index,and Moran'I index to examine its evolution patterns,spatio-temporal differences,and spatial correlation.[Research conclusion]The results indicate that,firstly,the overall development level of"three chains"integration shows a fluctuating upward trend,but the overall level remains relatively low,with significant room for improvement;secondly,regional development exhibits a multipolarization pattern,with overall disparity showing a U-shaped trend and a certain conversion characteristics between inter-regional and intra-regional differences;thirdly,there is a high degree of spatial autocorrelation,demonstrating a phenomenon of spatial club convergence.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen regional cooperation,promote industrial upgrading,and enhance the talent mechanism,promoting the integrated development of the"three chains".关键词
