Abstract
[Research purpose]As an institutional arrangement for implementing China's regional coordinated development strategies,science and technology support collaboration mechanism has become an important policy tool for accelerating the cultivation and development of new quality productive forces.Beijing has formed a practice sample with demonstrative value in promoting the commercialization and application of scientific and technological achievements in the support and cooperation regions,jointly cultivating and developing new quality productive forces,and stimulating the new kinetic energy of high-quality development through scientific and technological innovation.According to the practice of Beijing,it is of great significance to study the construction of science and technology support collaboration mechanism,and its practical exploration and optimization pathways.[Research method]By summarizing the practice case studies of the science and technology support collaboration carried out by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission,Administrative Commission of Zhongguancun Science Park,the mechanism has been analyzed in terms of strategic significance,typical practices,problems and challenges,and work recommendations.[Research conclusion]The practice model of Beijing's science and technology support collaboration has promoted the formation of a new collaborative paradigm for the cross-regional allocation of scientific and technological innovation elements through institutional innovation.Through mechanism innovation leadership and practical exploration,the dual drive of technological and human resource support has provided a replicable and scalable Beijing model mechanism sample for deepening regional coordinated development in the new era.关键词
