[研究目的]人工智能基础设施是"人工智能+"发展的根基,为人工智能与产业结合提供软硬件保障.深入研究人工智能基础设施的相关问题具有十分重要的意义.[研究方法]首先提出人工智能基础设施的概念和组成,分析其作用机理和重要性;接着结合北京市发展实践,从算力中心、算法框架、数据集和平台四个维度分析现状特点,并指出在芯片、算力、能耗和应用场景等方面的发展挑战;最后提出强化北京市人工智能基础设施的对策建议.[研究结论]新时期加快北京市人工智能基础设施建设,要在芯片等关键数字技术研发、城市基础能源体系前瞻性布局、基础制度和要素体系支撑等方面着力突破,提升北京人工智能基础设施建设水平,助力首都经济社会高质量发展.

[Research purpose]Artificial intelligence infrastructure is the foundation of the development of"AI+",providing software and hardware support for the integration of artificial intelligence and industry.It is of great significance to deeply explore the related issues of artificial intelligence infrastructure.[Research method]The study first proposes the concept and composition of artificial intelligence infrastructure,analyzing its mechanism of action and importance.Continuing with the development practice of Beijing,the status quo characteristics are analyzed from four dimensions:computing power center,algorithm framework,dataset,and platform,and the development challenges in chip,computing power,energy consumption,and application scenarios are pointed out.Finally,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the improvement of artificial intelligence infrastructure in Beijing.[Research conclusion]In the new era,efforts should be made to accelerate the construction of artificial intelligence infrastructure in Beijing,focusing on breakthroughs in the research and development of key digital technologies such as chips,forward-looking layout of urban basic energy systems,and support for basic systems and element systems.This will enhance the level of construction and operation of Beijing's artificial intelligence infrastructure and help promote high-quality economic and social development in the capital.
