断层采动效应及防隔水煤(岩)柱合理留设研究
Research on Fault Mining Effect and Rational Design Size of Waterproof Coal Pillar
摘要
Abstract
Water inrush caused by water-conducting or activated faults seriously threatens mine safety production,Reason-able setting of fault waterproof coal pillar is one of the main measures to prevent fault water inrush.Activated faults are related to the waterproof effect of coal pillars,Ignoring which may lead to insufficient size of coal pillars,which in turn increases the risk of water damages in the mining process.With the intention of exploring the fault activation effects that are caused by mining and constituting advanced prevention and control measures for mine water inrush,setting the F6 fault in the west No.1 mining area of the Jiegou Coal Mine as the researching target,combined the exploration down in the wells with the excavating exposure,the nat-ural water content and water conductivity of the fault are analyzed.With the usage of Three-dimensional continuum,the fault nu-merical model is constructed through FLAC3D,and the vertical displacement change of 82 coal layer,the around stress field movement and the plastic zone evolutionary process all reveal the F6 fault activation characteristics.Meanwhile,combined with the numerical simulation results,the size of the water-proof coal pillar for the F6 fault is calculated,Considering,the influence factor of activated fault,and the optimization is made.The results indicate that the F6 fault is weak in water abundance and poor in water permeability under natural conditions,and activation occurs at a distance of 15~22 m from the fault.Considering the in-fluence of activated faults,it is finally determined that the water-proof coal pillar of F6 fault is optimized to be 42 m.According to the actual mining practice,the rationality of the coal pillar setting is verified,which ensures the safe mining of the 82 coal seam near the fault.关键词
