基于全尺度建模的不连沟煤矿特厚煤层综放开采覆岩运移规律
Overburden Strata Movement Law ofFully-mechanized Caving Mining In Extra-thick Coal Seam of Buliangou Coal Mine

Abstract
The fully-mechanized caving mining of extra-thick coal seam has high mining intensity,full caving of overbur-den rock and severe mine pressure,which seriously threatens the safety production and ecological environment protection of the mine.Taking the fully-mechanized caving mining of extra-thick coal seam in Buliangou Coal Mine as the engineering back-ground,combined with the post-mining surface subsidence phenomenon of the working face in Buliangou Coal Mine,a three-di-mensional full-scale numerical model was established by Rhino+3DEC numerical technology,theoretical analysis and field measurement.The fracture law of overlying strata,the development characteristics of'two zones'of overlying strata and the stress transfer path were analyzed,and the surface subsidence characteristics after the mining of extra-thick coal seam were stud-ied.The research results indicate that:(1)The initial weighting step distance of the working face was 50m,with a periodic weight-ing step distance of 15 m;(2)The heights of the two zones,calculated with an empirical formula,show a caving zone height rang-ing from 31.86 m to 63.72 m and a water-conducting fractured zone height ranging from 220.25 m to 230.45 m;numerical tech-niques obtain a maximum caving zone height of 52.30 m,with the fractured zone extending to the surface;(3)The vertical stress field in the overlying rock of the stope exhibit a symmetrical distribution along the slanting direction,with stress adjustment and increase,the gradual decrease away from the working face,showing stress recovery but not to the original state,eventually reach-ing stability;(4)When the working face reaches full mining,transverse fractures will appear within the surface,And after contin-ued mining for another 70 m,surface subsidence begins,with a settlement height of 2.5 m in the middle and a smaller subsid-ence range on both sides,the height continuously increasing with mining progress;at the end of mining,the maximum surface subsidence will reach 4.5 m;(5)field measurements show an average initial weighting step distance of 50.39 m for the main roof,and an average periodic weighting step distance of 14.47 m.关键词
