三价铁源与不同磷源反应制备电池级磷酸铁的实验研究
Experimental Study on both Preparation of Battery Grade Iron Phosphate from Different Phosphorus Sources and Trivalent Iron Source

Abstract
Iron(Ⅲ)phosphate is a key precursor for the preparation of Lithium iron phosphate as cathode material for lithi-um ion batteries.The experiment,of which the Iron(Ⅲ)phosphate is prepared by trivalent iron and different phosphorus sources,shows the key factor affecting the preparation of ferric phosphate by the reaction of Fe with different phosphorus sources P,NP,HP.And P is pH value.When FeCl3 is mixed with H3PO4、(NH4)2,HPO4 in equal quantities,iron phosphate precipitation cannot be directly generated due to the PH value is lower than 3.And it is necessary to add ammonia water to adjust the pH to be great-er than 3 to generate iron phosphate.When FeCl3 is mixed with(NH4)2HPO4,Na3PO4 in equal amounts,the pH value is greater than 3.And the precipitation of iron phosphate can be produced without adjusting the pH.When FeCl3 is mixed with Na3PO4 equivalently,FeO(OH)impurities will be produced,and the product can not meet the battery level standard.When FeCl3 is mixed with(NH4)2HPO4equivalently.The pH value is about 3.And the products will meet the requirements of battery grade iron phosphate.关键词
