The Relationship Between Perceived Social Support and the Professional Identity of Rural Primary School Teachers:The Mediating Roles of Psychological Capital and Psychological Contract

Abstract
To deeply explore and comprehend the relationship between perceived social support and the professional identity of rural primary school teachers,as well as the mediating roles of psychological capital and psychological contract,the study used a combination of convenience sampling and cluster sampling and selected 183 rural primary school teachers as participants for a questionnaire survey.The findings reveal that perceived social support can positively predict the professional identity of rural primary school teachers.Perceived social support partially connects to the professional identity of rural primary school teachers through the individual mediating role,as well as the chain mediating role of psychological capital and psychological contract.The study recommends that educational administration departments focus on enhancing perceived social support of rural primary school teachers and work on improving their overall psychological capital and psychological contract.关键词
