电参数和溶液pH值对镁合金微弧氧化膜耐蚀性的影响
Effects of Electrical Parameters and Solution pH on the Corrosion Resistance of Magnesium Alloy Micro-arc Oxide Film

Abstract
Micro-arc oxidation has a significant effect on improving the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys,and the interaction between process parameters is an important factor affecting the quality of the coating.Using AZ31Bmagnesium alloy as the matrix,the electrical parameters(frequency,duty cycle,current density)and pH value were optimized by orthogonal exper-iments,and the micro-arc oxide film layer was prepared.Scanning electron microscope and electrochemical workstation were used to observe and test the morphology,polarization curve and impedance spectrum of the micro-arc oxide layer.The results show that the duty cycle has the greatest effect on the corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxide coating,while the pH value has the least effect on the corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxide coating.The optimal micro-arc oxidation process parameters were duty cycle 10%,current density 2.2 A·dm-2,frequency 700 Hz,pH=11,and the self-corrosion current density of the pre-pared micro-arc oxide coating was reduced by 4 orders of magnitude compared with that of the matrix.关键词
