摘要

Abstract

Currently,flue gas desulfurization in thermal power plants has achieved full coverage in China,it mainly using limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology.The reaction siteis in the absorption tower,where there are many media and types of corrosion,mainly acid corrosion.However,in recent years,the coal market has fluctuated greatly,the quality of raw coal is unstable,and the duration and number of chloride ions in the absorption tower exceed the standard.The number has increased significantly,especially in winter.Excessive chloride ions will cause corrosion of the absorption tower body and auxiliary equipment,seriously endangering the safe operation of the equipment.Therefore,controlling the chloride ion concentration in the absorption tower and preventing chloride ions from corroding equipment has become an important task for the winter operation of thermal power plants.
