Abstract
In order to solve the problems of insufficient working intensity and long cycle of the gearbox hanger for three wheeled vehicles,this paper conducted finite element analysis on the model of the gearbox hanger using the finite ele-ment analysis software HyperWorks.Based on the analysis content,the dimensions of the gearbox hanger were opti-mized,the stiffness of the gearbox hanger was improved,and the design cycle was shortened.The effectiveness of the improvement was verified through reliability road test.关键词
