Abstract
Cadastral surveying integrating real estate and land is a fundamental task in land use planning and property registration, aiming to achieve unified spatial representation and ownership alignment between land and buildings.Faced with the limitations of traditional surveying methods in efficiency and accuracy, oblique photogrammetry, characterized by multi-angle image acquisition and 3D modeling, offers a transformative solution. This paper systematically elaborates on the principles and characteristics of oblique photogrammetry, analyzes the technical requirements and challenges of integrated cadastral surveying, and explores its key applications through case studies.Additionally,it extends the discussion to the use of oblique photogrammetry in the 3D modeling and spatial analysis of archaeological site structures, highlighting its advantages in complex terrain environments. The findings demonstrate that oblique photogrammetry can significantly enhance surveying efficiency and data precision, providing robust scientific and technical support for property registration, urban planning, and heritage conservation.关键词
