摘要

Abstract

In view of the problems of heavy power grid construction equipment and inconvenient transportation,it is studied to use 7075 aluminum alloy instead of traditional steel to make holding poles and small lifting and handling tools for transmission tower construction.Through systematic testing and analysis of the mechanical properties,welding process and practical application effects of 7075 aluminum alloy,the results show that the use of thick aluminum arc deep penetration welding combined with rivet connection process can make the bearing capacity of aluminum alloy holding rods,small lifting and handling tools and other machines meet the requirements of construction;its own weight can be reduced by more than 55%compared with steel products.Lightweight construction machines can significantly improve construction efficiency.This technology has achieved good results in practical application in power transmission and transformation projects in Zhejiang Province,providing a reliable technical solution for the lightweight of power grid construction machinery.
