麻纤维初加工柔性梳理机的设计与试验
Design and Experiment of Flexible Carding Machine for Preliminany Processing of Hemp Fiber

Abstract
According to the problems of large labor amount,low efficiency,high management cost and low safety,a flex-ible carding machine for primary processing of hemp fiber was designed based on the technical requirements and technical characteristics of manual carding.The structure of the carding machine,the structural parameters of key components and the position relationship of each component were introduced.Simulation carding model was established by using SolidWorks to analyze the relationship between the stress situation and wind pressure on the fiber evaluation index during the fiber carding process.The modal analysis of the carding roll was carried out by using simulation plug-in.The rela-tionship between external excitation frequency and natural frequency was analyzed to eliminate the resonance damage.The carding test was carried out with fiber impurity content,replication rate,loss rate,gloss and compliance as the eval-uation indexes,and the influence of different carding roller speeds on the evaluation indexes was analyzed,and the opti-mal value range of carding roller speed was obtained from 0.4-0.6 r/s.The test results showed that the flexible carding machine can meet the technical requirements of the preliminary processing of hemp fiber.关键词
