蒙医生理学视角下"心-脑轴"理论探讨
Discussion on the"Heart-Brain Axis"Theory from the Perspective of Mongolian Medical Physiology
摘要
Abstract
To improve the theoretical system of traditional ethnic medicine,precisely guide the clinical diagno-sis and treatment practice activities of Mongolian medicine,and consolidate the foundation of cultural confidence,the literature research method is adopted to systematically sort out the medical literature of ancient and modern times,deeply analyze the correlation between the heart and the brain from the category of Mongolian medicine physi-ology,and explore its deep theoretical connotation.The embryological theory guided by the Yin-Yang doctrine in Mongolian medicine is the key basis of the"heart-brain axis".Under the guidance of the body element balance the-ory,Heyi,through its coordinated regulatory role,becomes the core driving force for maintaining the homeostasis of physiological functions along the"heart-brain axis".Moreover,the circulation and transmission of perception is an important pathway for the"heart-brain axis"to achieve comprehensive control over the body's sensory and think-ing activities.The in-depth exploration of traditional ethnic medicine theories has theoretical guiding significance for the precise diagnosis of clinical diseases in Mongolian medicine,the formulation of individualized treatment plans and prognosis evaluation.Meanwhile,it has practical value for improving clinical efficacy,optimizing treat-ment strategies and promoting the modernization development of Mongolian medical clinical disciplines.关键词
