基于网络药理学解析木香二味汤治疗中耳炎的作用机制
Analysis of the Mechanism of Muxiang Erwei Tang in the Treatment of Otitis Media Based on Network Pharmacology

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the mechanism of action of Muxiang Erwei Tang in treating otitis media by using network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques.First,the active components and their corre-sponding targets of Muxiang Erwei Tang for treating otitis media were screened from the TCMSP and TICMP data-bases as well as relevant literature.Then,the disease targets of otitis media were selected from the Genecards data-base.The intersection targets of the two sets of targets,which are the potential targets,were identified through the Venn diagram.These intersection targets were imported into the STRING database to construct a protein-protein in-teraction network.The core targets were screened with the aid of Cytoscape software(Version3.9.1)and visualized using"Network Analyzer".GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analyses were carried out on the genes of the core targets through the DAVID network database and Metascape database.Moreover,the correlation and bind-ing ability between protein ligands and receptors(active components)were analyzed by molecular docking tech-niques.Through the TCMSP network database,24 major active components,89 interscetion targets and 237 signaling pathways were screened out.The treatment of otitis media with Mongolian medicine Aucklandiae Radix two-flavor decoction presents the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway effects,laiying a founda-tion for the in-depth study of its compatibility theory.关键词
