干旱胁迫对大麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响OA
The Effect of Drought Stress on Barley Seed Germination and Seedling Growth
大麦具有较强的抗旱性,是旱地种植的先锋植物.不同大麦品种对不同浓度干旱胁迫响应不同,探究干旱胁迫对大麦种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响具有重要意义.以5个不同基因型大麦为材料,利用PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,萌发期设置0%、10%、20%、30%共4个浓度处理,苗期设置0%、10%、20%、30%、40%共5个浓度处理,研究不同胁迫对大麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:随着胁迫浓度的增加,不同品种大麦萌发期各指标均受到不同程度的抑制作用,其中,发芽指数、平均发芽时间、芽长受抑制作用明显;苗期除地下干质量在30%浓度处理时表现为较强的抗旱性外,其他指标均受到抑制,其中,地上鲜质量、地上干质量受抑制作用明显.主成分分析结果表明:在萌发期,浓度为10%、20%时07B083的抗旱性较强;在苗期,浓度为10%、20%时甘4的抗旱性较强.
Barley exhibits strong drought resistance and serves as a pioneer crop in arid regions.Different barley varieties exhibit distinct responses to varying concentrations of drought stress.Understanding how drought stress af-fects barley seed germination and seedling growth holds significant implications.In this study,five genotypes of barley were used to simulate drought stress with PEG-6000.Four treatments(0%,10%,20%and 30%)were set at the germi-nation stage,and five treatments(0%,10%,20%,30%and 40%)were set at the seedling stage to study the effects of different levels of stress on barley germination and seedling growth.The results showed that,with the increase of stress concentration,the germination indices of different barley varieties were inhibited to varying degrees.The germi-nation index,average germination time and bud length were significantly inhibited.At the seedling stage,except that the underground dry weight showed strong drought resistance at 30%concentration,other indexes were inhibited,and the aboveground fresh weight and aboveground dry weight were significantly inhibited.The results of principal compo-nent analysis showed that at the germination stage,the drought resistance of 07B083 was stronger at 10%and 20%concentrations.At the seedling stage,the drought resistance of Gan4 was stronger at 10%and 20%concentrations.
