摘要

Abstract

To investigate the effects of dual-postponement fertilization(nitrogen postponement and phosphorus downward migration)under shallow buried drip irrigation on root characteristics of spring maize after silking,a con-ventional constant fertilization treatment was used as the control(CK).Four treatments were designed:dual-post-ponement with 30%reductions in both nitrogen and phosphorus(P1N1),dual-postponement with 30%nitrogen re-duction(P1N2),dual-postponement with 30%phosphorus reduction(P2N1),and dual-postponement with constant nitrogen and phosphorus(P2N2).Root morphological traits and enzyme activities were measured after silking.The results showed that,compared with CK,the P2N2 treatment exhibited no significant changes in root width and root number in the 10 cm soil layer,but significantly reduced root width and increased root number in the 20 cm and 30 cm soil layers.In all three soil layers,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)showed no significant difference at the silking stage but increased significantly at the milk stage.Peroxidase(POD)activity increased significantly at both silking and milk stages,while malondialdehyde(MDA)content decreased significantly.Under dual-postpone-ment fertilization,reducing nitrogen by 30%did not significantly altered root width in the 10 cm and 20 cm layers.For root number with 30%phosphorus reduction(P1N1 vs.P1N2),there was no significant difference,whereas un-der constant phosphorus,P2N2 showed higher values than P2N1.In the 30 cm layer,root width and number showed no significant differences among treatments.SOD and POD activities in all three soil layers during silking and milk stages followed the order P2N2>P1N2>P2N1>P1N1.MDA content showed no significant variation at silking but followed the order P1N1>P1N2>P2N1>P2N2 at the milk stage.
