Abstract
A three-point contact clamping mechanism incorporating a micro-picker was designed to adapt to the harves-ting of Camellia oleifera fruits in the mountainous hills of China.The trend of the force transfer ratio was plotted using MatLab,and it was concluded that the force transfer ratio increased with the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder.A clamping force testing method was designed to calculate the magnitude of clamping force at the contact position and to provide real-time feedback on the force changes at the coupling point through strain gauges.Through the Camellia oleifera tree and clamping mechanism coupling test,it was concluded that the contact stress near the contact point on the clamping jaw fluctuates between 10-41 MPa,the initial coupling contact stress was about 24 MPa,and when the maximum value was larger when the depth of coupling was also correspondingly larger.The average stress during vibration was 15%-20%higher than the initial coupling stress,the maximum value was 1.5-2.0 times the initial coupling force,and the mini-mum value was 0.5-0.8 times the initial coupling value,and at this time less damage to Camellia oleifera fruit trees.关键词
