Comprehensive Evaluation of Drought Resistance of 272 Millet Germplasm Resources During Germination Period
以272份谷子种质为研究对象,以PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,以预试验确定的20%为萌发期抗旱性鉴定的最适浓度,设置蒸馏水(CK)和干旱胁迫2个处理,测定谷子发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数等9个指标,采用抗旱系数(DC)对谷子抗旱性进行综合评价.结果显示:干旱胁迫下各测定指标均呈下降趋势;主成分分析将9个鉴定指标转换成2个主成分,累计方差贡献率达72.49%;相关性分析显示,各指标之间皆呈极显著正相关.以上分析结果表明,干旱胁迫严重抑制谷子萌发和根、芽的生长,且干旱胁迫下不同指标具有相关性和一致性.综合隶属函数分析结合主成分分析及熵权TOPSIS分析结果表明:抗旱性最强的品种为九谷41;K-means聚类分析将供试材料抗旱性划分为2个类群,其中第Ⅱ类群总体抗旱性优于第Ⅰ类群;逐步回归分析建立了最优回归方程,表明可将9个测定指标作为谷子萌发期抗旱鉴定的客观评价指标,D值为适宜的抗旱评价方法.
A total of 272 millet germplasms were used as research objects.PEG-6000 solution was used to sim-ulate drought stress,and 20%was determined as the optimal concentration for drought resistance identification at germination stage by pre-test.Two treatmentsof distilled water(CK)and drought stress were set up.The drought re-sistance of millet was comprehensively evaluated by drought resistance coefficient(DC)through measuring nine in-dexes such as germination potential,germination rate and germination index of millet.The results of statistical analy-sis showed that all the measured indexes showed a downward trend under drought stress.Principal component analy-sis converted 9 identification indexes into 2 principal components,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 72.49%.Correlation analysis showed that there was extremely significant positive correlation between each index.The above analysis results showed that drought stress seriously inhibited millet germination and root and bud growth,and the different indicators of millet under drought stress were correlated and consistent.The results of comprehen-sive membership function analysis combined with principal component analysis and entropy weight TOPSIS analysis showed that Jiugu 41 had the strongest drought resistance.K-means cluster analysis divided the drought resistance of the tested materials into two groups,and the overall drought resistance of the second group was better than that of the first group.The optimal regression equation was established by stepwise regression analysis,which showed that 9 indexes could be used as the objective evaluation indexes of drought resistance identification in millet germination stage,and D value was the appropriate drought resistance evaluation method.
