基于灰色关联度分析的特定糜子品种(系)选育侧重性指标研究
Research on the Index of Breeding Dpecific Broomcorn Millet Varieties(lines)Based on Grey Relational Analysis

Abstract
To clarify the agronomic trait indicators for high-yield and special plant type millet varieties(lines)breeding,40 millet varieties(lines)were used as experimental materials,and grey relational analysis,and correlation analysis,and the analysis of principal component methods were used to focus on the agronomic traits that affect yield.The results showed that in terms of agronomic traits,the variation amplitude during the growth period was the largest,while the variation amplitude of main stem thickness was the smallest;In terms of grey relational analysis,the order of correlation between yield and various traits is thousand-grain weight>number of main stem nodes>main stem length>spike stem length>growth period>main stem thickness>spike stem length;In terms of correla-tion analysis,there is a highly significant positive correlation between five traits including the period of growth and yield(P<0.01),while the correlation between spike stem length and main stem thickness and yield has not reached a highly significant level;In terms of principal component analysis,the main information of 40 millet varieties(lines)is mainly concentrated in the first three principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 78.69%.Among them,PC1 is related to the formation of biological yield,PC2 is related to panicle development,and PC3 is related to the type of plant and lodging resistance.In summary,under the goal of breeding high-yield and special plant type millet varieties(lines),special attention should be paid to the four traits of main stem length,spike stem length,main stem thickness,and thousand-grain weight.关键词
