气吹齿带式荞麦捡拾装置设计及试验研究

Abstract
A pneumatic toothed belt type buckwheat picking device was designed to address the problem of high grain loss during the two-stage mechanized buckwheat picking and harvesting process,in order to reduce grain loss during the pick-ing operation.The design and selection of key components such as uniform airflow ducts and fans were carried out.Through jet aerodynamics calculation and fluid simulation,the optimal arrangement spacing and sealing surface radius of uniform airflow ducts were determined.Through bench tests,determine the horizontal distance L between the uniform air-flow tube and the front end of the toothed belt pickup device,the vertical distance H between the uniform airflow tube and the toothed belt pickup device,and the angle between the uniform airflow tube and the horizontal ground θ as an ex-perimental variable,a single factor experiment was conducted with the grain picking loss rate as the dependent variable.The single factor experiment shows that the range of horizontal distance was 200-300 mm,the range of vertical distance is-50-0 mm,and the range of horizontal inclination was 6°-12°.Using a three factor and three level orthogonal experi-ment,a regression equation model was constructed between the influencing factors of the experiment and the grain loss rate.Response surface analysis was conducted on the experimental factors and their interactions.The results showed that horizontal distance had the greatest impact on the grain loss rate,followed by vertical distance,and water level had the smallest impact.By optimizing the multi-objective parameters of the regression equation model,reasonable experimental influencing factor parameters were obtained.The horizontal distance was 240 mm,the vertical distance was-25 mm,and the horizontal inclination angle was 8°.Under this operating condition,the grain loss rate was 7.02%.关键词
