履带式果园对靶仿形施药机设计与试验
Design and Experiment of Tracked Orchard Target Alignment and Profiling Sprayer Machine

Abstract
To meet the precise spraying agronomic requirements of standardized orchards in hilly areas,and address the issues of high labor intensity,large amount of spraying liquid,poor atomization performance,and environmental pollution in traditional spraying operations,a tracked orchard target alignment and profiling sprayer was designed.To adapt fruit trees with different characteristics,the sprayer can adjust spraying distance and height under the action of lifting and o-pening mechanism.Adjustable array ultrasonic sensors were used to detect the distance between the crown detection mod-ule and the surface of the fruit tree canopy.From the results of indoor motion characteristic test,the maximum displace-ment error rate of each mechanism was not higher than 0.20%,and the motion time error rate was lower than 4.79%.The response speed and stability met the requirements for target contouring motion.The results of outdoor fogging effect test showed that at a working speed of 0.5 m/s,the droplet density of fixed continuous spraying and target alignment and profiling spraying reached 53.6/cm2 and 78.2/cm2,all of them were achieve the requirements of pest control standards.However,compared with fixed continuous spraying,the coverage rate of target-shaped spraying increased by 20.6%.In terms of liquid dosage,the average dosage of fixed continuous application and target-specific contour application was 15.5 L and 11.47 L,with 26%reduction in target alignment and profiling.This research can provide new equipment for the prevention and control of fruit tree diseases and pests,also provide a structural basis and theoretical method reference for the next step of precise variable application methods research.关键词
