A STUDY ON EXPERIENCE CHARACTERISTICS AND DESIGN STRATEGIES OF VIRTUAL FITNESS BRAND COMMUNITIES FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF INTERACTION RITUAL CHAINS

Abstract
This study aims to explore the experiential characteristics of virtual fitness brand community from the perspective of the interaction ritual chain and propose optimized design strategies to foster users'fitness habits,thereby enabling virtual fitness brand to build sustainable competitive advantages.The study begins by explicating the concept of the interaction ritual chain theory and virtual fitness brand community.Subsequently,it categorizes virtual fitness brand communities based on their types and conducts a comparative analysis of information functions in typical brand community cases to identify differences and commonalities.Finally,it focuses on an in-depth analysis of the interactive experience features of the Yuepaoquan(Joyrun)platform to propose targeted design strategies.The research divides the user experience process in virtual fitness brand community into three stages:interaction preparation,interaction occurrence,and interaction outcome.It introduces experience design strategies based on interestingness,gamification,professionalization and ritualization,facilitating the progression from initial interest in exercise to the long-term habit of fitness,while enhancing user engagement with brand community.This study provides theoretical support for optimizing the experience design of virtual fitness brand community from the perspective of the interaction ritual chain.It offers insights for future research and practical applications in related fields.关键词
