MULTI-METHOD BASED PRODUCT DESIGN FOR KNEE EXOSKELETONS

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of wearing discomfort,complicated operation,and insufficient adaptability during the use of knee exoskeletons,a knee exoskeleton design method integrating UX/KJ/AHP/QFD is proposed,which improves the applicability of the product.From the perspective of user experience,combined with the three-level theory of emotional design,we analyze the important factors affecting the use of knee exoskeletons,categorize and organize the influencing factors by using the KJ method,rank the weights of the demand factors by AHP,and further transform the demand factors into key design elements by using QFD.A knee exoskeleton robot was improved to increase the fit and comfort of the exoskeleton;and the wearing structure improved the wearing efficiency of the product.The ease of use and comfort of the knee exoskeleton was improved by optimizing the product structure and materials.关键词
