High-quality development of departments of anesthesiology under China's DRG payment system
摘要
Abstract
The implementation of China's diagnosis-related group(DRG)payment system has reshaped the value logic of healthcare services through multidimensional institutional innovations,posing systemic requirements for the high-quality development of anesthesiology.This paper examines the core mechanisms of the DRG system,exploring its practical value in efficiency-driven mechanisms,resource allocation optimization,cost containment,and hierarchical medical system,focusing on the transformation path of anesthesiology under the fixed-payment model.The study highlights that DRG compels the optimization of anesthesia workflows through standardized clinical pathways,drives technological innovations(such as regional anesthesia,multimodal analgesia)guided by cost-effectiveness principles,and strengthens standardized quality control systems for critical surgeries.However,challenges persist in achieving transformation objectives,including insufficient technical adaptability in primary healthcare institutions,inadequate cost coverage for complex surgeries,and conflicts between standardization and personalized care persist.Future efforts should prioritize establishing dynamic grouping adjustment mechanisms,refining technical compensation policies for primary-level technology institutions,and leveraging AI-powered decision systems alongside big data platforms to achieve coordinated improvements in quality,efficiency,and equity.关键词
