单肺通气患者术后麻醉苏醒期发生低氧血症的影响因素研究
Analysis of influencing factors of hypoxemia in patients with one-lung ventilation during anesthesia recovery period after operation

Abstract
Objective To analyze the occurrence and influencing factors of hypoxemia during recovery period in patients with one-lung ventilation(OLV)after general anesthesia.Methods A total of 214 patients,aged＞18 years old,of American Society of Anesthesiolo-gists(ASA)Physical Status classification Ⅰ-Ⅲ,undergoing thoracic surgeries with OLV in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Guangxi Med-ical University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups,occurrence group(n=67)and nonoccurrence group(n=147)according to whether hypoxemia occurred during the recovery period after admission to the anesthesia recovery room.The basic information,preoperative laboratory examination results,intraoperative operation and anesthesia data of the two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Single factor and multiple Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of hypoxemia during anesthesia recovery in patients undergoing thoracic surgeries with OLV.Results Among the 214 patients,67 cases(31.31％)developed hypoxemia during recovery period.There were significant differences in age,smoking history,ASA classification,underlying diseases,anesthesia time,IL-6,CRP and FEV1 levels between patients in both groups(P＜0.05).Multiple Logistic regres-sion analysis showed that age(OR=0.220),smoking(OR=0.925),ASA classifi-cation(OR=0.180),underlying diseases(OR=2.387),IL-6(OR=1.873),CRP(OR=2.980)and FEV1(OR=3.645)were the risk factors for hypoxemia during anesthesia recovery period in patients undergoing thoracic surgeries with OLV(P＜0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of hypoxemia during anesthesia recovery in patients undergoing thoracic surgeries with OLV under general anesthesia is related to patients' age,smoking,ASA classifi-cation,underlying diseases,IL-6,CRP and FEV1.关键词
