心血管疾病患者非心脏手术围术期风险评估门诊多学科创新诊疗模式构建与分析
Construction and evaluation of multidisciplinary risk assessment model during the perioperative period for cardiovascular patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery in outpatient settings

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status of the"4+X"multidisciplinary preoperative risk assessment model implemented in the outpatient setting at West China Hospital of Sichuan University and evaluate the feasibility and clinical value of multidisciplinary preoperative risk assessment model.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 20 patients who underwent multidisciplinary perio-perative risk assessment in the outpatient setting of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from December 2022 to December 2023.Patient demographics and consultation outcomes were systematically reviewed.Results A total of 20 patients underwent multidisciplinary preoperative risk assessment through the"4+X"model.Among them,15 cases had modifications to their initial treatment plans.The in-hospital and 30-day mortality rates were both zero,and no adverse events were reported.All patients who underwent surgery achieved uneventful discharge,demonstrating an average hospital stay of 13.8 days.Conclusion The"4+X"multidisciplinary preoperative risk assessment model allows for a comprehensive evaluation of non-cardiac surgical risks in cardiovascular patients.It reduces hospitalization duration,lowers the incidence of adverse events,simplifies the hospitalization process,improves patient satisfaction,and enhances col-laborative cooperation among hospital departments.This model holds strong potential for wider adoption and implementation.关键词
