滆湖有机质时空变化分析及光谱特征研究

Abstract
Gehu Lake is a typical shallow lake that has important ecological functions and economic value for local development.In recent years,with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the problems of water pollution and eutrophication in Gehu Lake have become increasingly prominent.Based on long-term follow-up monitoring of the Gehu Lake water body,this study analyzed the temporal and spatial changes of its organic matter and the fluorescence spectral characteristics of dissolved organic matter(DOM).The results show that the inter-annual change in the organic matter index of Gehu Lake reached its highest in 2018,and then fluctuated,while the monthly change showed a trend of being high in spring and summer and low in autumn and winter.In terms of spatial distribution,the concentration in the southern region is higher than that in the northern region,and the high value is located in the southern estuary area.Through 3D fluorescence spectrum analysis,it can be concluded that the main components of DOM in Gehu Lake water are tryptophan proteins and tyrosine proteins,accounting for 72%of the total.DOM mainly comes from endogenous release,and the relative concentration of newly produced organic matter is high,mainly protein-like substances,and few humus-like substances.The research results provide a scientific basis for water quality management and ecological restoration of Gehu Lake.关键词
