摘要

Abstract

SBP proteins are a class of transcription factors unique to the plant that are widely involved in the regulation of growth and development.In this study,58 SBP gene family members were identified in three Castanea plants,and their chromosome location,protein physical and chemical properties,collinearity and so on were analyzed by bioinformatics methods.The results showed that all the SBP gene family members in Cas-tanea species were unevenly distributed on chromosomes,among which,three SBP genes were not assembled into large segments of chromosomes.Analysis of evolutionary tree revealed that the Castanea SBP gene family members could be divided into seven groups,and gene loss and amplification occurred in group 5.Analysis of the Motifs revealed that all the SBP gene family members contained the conserved Motif1 or Motif2.Analysis of Ka/Ks of colinear gene pairs revealed that the members of SBP gene family were undergoing purifying selection within and between Castanea plant genomes.Analysis of transcriptomic data revealed significant expression changes of CmSBP gene family in bud and nut of Chinese chestnut during different periods.These results could provide a theoretical basis for subsequent rearch on SBP gene function in Castanea plants.
