摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the alleviating effect of spermidine on salt stress to tobacco seedlings,Yun-yan 87 was used as material to study the effects of exogenous spermidine on physiological and biochemical characteristics and gene expression of tobacco seedlings under NaCl stress.The results showed that exogenous spermidine alleviated the inhibition effect of salt stress on tobacco seedlings,compared with NaCl treatment,the leaf water content,plant dry weight and chlorophyll content increased by 21.60%,18.48%and 59.75%,respectively.Spermidine significantly increased superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)activities and proline content of tobacco seedlings by 26.38%,39.09%and 32.67%,respectively,compared with NaCl treatment.A total of 4 339 differentially expressed genes regulated by Spd were screened out by transcriptomic analysis,which were mainly significantly enriched in the items of photosynthesis,secondary metabolite biosyn-thesis and carbohydrate metabolism and so on.This study clarified the application effect of spermidine on allevia-ting tobacco salt stress and screened out a series of key genes and metabolic pathways,which could provide the the-oretical reference and technical support for rational application of spermidine in flue-cured tobacco production.
