梨火疫病菌对春雷霉素敏感基线的建立及抗药性评价
Establishment of sensitivity baseline and bactericide resistance evaluation of Erwinia amylovora to kasugamycin

Abstract
Pear fire blight is an important quarantine disease of Xinjiang pear industry in China.Kasugamycin is a main antibiotic registered in China to prevent and control pear fire blight.To establish the sensitivity baseline of Erwinia amylovora to kasugamycin in Xinjiang region and to evalute the resistance level of the pathogen to this antibiotic,the sensitivity of 100 strains of E.amylovora to kasugamycin was determined by microdilution method,and bactericide resistant mutants were acclimated by streak plate method and bactericide containing medium method,followed by bactericide resistance evaluation.The results showed that 66 sensitive strains and 34 resistance strains were detected.The sensitivity frequency distribution of 100 strains to kasugamycin was presented as an unimodal curve,which was close to normal distribution.Therefore,the average of EC50 was(129.140±53.900)µg/mL,could be used as the sensitive baseline for E.amylovora to kasugamycin in Xinjiang.And five resistant mutants obtained was not exhibit stability heritability.Meanwhile,kasugamycin showed no cross-resistance to zinc thiozole and zhongsheng mycin.The resistance risk of E.amylovora to kasugamycin was low,and kasugamycin can be used as major control antibiotic against pear fire blight,but attention should paid to that the scientific and rational application of bactericide.关键词
