摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the genetic diversity and population structure of Taian old tea tree re-sources,and to clarify the genetic background among them,214 old tea tree resources in Taian were used as research objects.The genetic diversity parameters of the old tea tree resources were calculated based on the re-sults of SSR molecular marker technology,and the genetic diversities and population structure were analyzed by AMOVA analysis,UPGMA clustering,and PCoA methods.The results showed that a total of 65 alleles were detected by 18 pairs of SSR primers,and the average number of SSR loci was 3.611.The genetic diversi-ty parameters showed that the average Shannon's information index of Taian old tea tree resources was 1.263,and the average polymorphism information content was 0.506.The result of UPGMA cluster analysis showed that the 214 old tea tree resources were clustered into three different groups.The result of AMOVA analysis showed that the genetic variation within the old tea tree population was higher than that between populations.The conclusions drawn in this study about the genetic background and population structure of Taian old tea tree resources could provide a scientific basis for evaluation of germplasm resources and breeding of new varieties of tea in the future.
