摘要

Abstract

To reduce damage losses caused by Casmara patrona,an important stem borer pest against Camellia oleifera,Chouioia cunea and Sclerodermus guani were introduced to carry out indoor parasitism test of C.patrona larvae and pupae.The control effect comparison test of C.cunea with different release amount and times in forest was carried out,and comparison test of releasing two kinds of parasitic wasps after artificial pruning dead branches was carried out.The results showed that average parasitism rate of C.cunea on C.patrona pupae was 62.00%,and average parasitism rate of S.guani on C.patrona larvae was 29.33%,in laboratory.The optimal release amount of C.cunea in forest was 10∶1 of ratio of C.cunea to C.patrona,with release frequency of two times at the initial pupal stage and pupal stage of C.patrona.The control effect was 58.07%-66.20%with only releasing C.cunea.Control effect was 82.67%with releasing S.guani and C.cunea after pruning dead branches,and control effect was 73.48%with releasing C.cunea after pruning dead branches.C.cunea could effectively control the damage of C.patrona.Although the parasitism rate of S.guani was low,it can be used as an auxiliary.On the basis of artificial pruning dead branches,the use of two species of parasitic wasps for biological control can play a more efficient prevention and control effect on C.patrona.
