巴林特小组联合角色扮演教学法在麻醉学科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用
Application of Balint group combined with role-playing teaching method in stand-ardized training for anesthesiology residents
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Balint group combined with role-playing teaching method in preoperative vis-its during standardized training for anesthesiology residents.Methods Fifty residents undergoing standardized training in the department of anesthesiology in 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=25)and the experimental group(n=25)using a random number table method.The experimental group adopted the Balint group combined with role-playing teaching method,while the control group received traditional teaching methods.The Liverpool communication skills assessment(LCSAS)scale was used to compare the doctor-patient communication competency of the two groups before and after the training and the pre-operative visit situations perform-ance of the two groups after teaching,as well as satisfaction rate of training among residents.Results The experimental group showed significantly higher differences in the LCSAS scale scores(2.44±1.04),questioning ability in history-taking skills(4.24±0.44),pro-gress in doctor-patient communication competency(4.32±0.63)and use of professional terminology(4.28±0.46),the learning interest and initiative in terms of humanistic literacy(4.20±0.50),team coordination ability(4.32±0.63),and overall teaching satisfaction(4.20±0.58)compared to the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The Balint group combined with role-playing teaching method can improve the doctor-patient communication competency of anesthe-siology residents,enhance the efficiency of preoperative visits,and achieve higher teaching satisfaction among residents.关键词
