摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the suitable harvest maturity of upper leaves of new flue-cured tobacco line Y2001,the field experiment was conducted at the Fenchen tobacco planting base of Xiang County,Henan Province.Five treatments were set as local conventional harvesting(CK),and 3 days(T1),6 days(T2),9 days(T3)and 12 days(T4)delay of conventional harvesting.The effects of different harvest maturities on the quality and yield of upper flue-cured tobacco leaves of Y2001 were studied.The results showed that the to-tal sugar,reducing sugar and other conventional chemical components in the cured tobacco leaves were more coordinated under T3 treatment,in which,the total amount of aroma components was the highest which in-creased by 58.70%compared with CK and reached significant level compared with other treatments.With the delay of harvesting time,both the appearance quality index and sensory quality score of flue-cured tobacco showed the trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the highest score occurred in T3 treatment.The appearance quality of the upper flue-cured tobacco were better under appropriate delay harvest than that under the customary harvest.With the increase of harvest maturity,the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco leaves and proportion of superior and middle class flue-cured tobacco showed the trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the yield and output value in T2 treatment and the proportion of superior and middle flue-cured tobacco in T3 treatment were the highest.Considering economic benefit of tobacco farmers and quality of flue-cured tobacco,it was appropriate to delay 6~9 days to harvest the upper flue-cured tobacco leaves of Y2001 in strong-aroma flue-cured tobacco growing area of Henan Province.
