Abstract
This paper designs and studies an emergency command aircraft based on a DA42-MPP fixed-wing aircraft,aiming to improve the response speed and processing efficiency to natural disasters,accidents and other emergencies.First,the emergency command aircraft is designed based on the DA42-MPP aircraft platform.At the same time,according to the functional requirements and pain points of the emergency command aircraft,a system integration design scheme is proposed.This scheme can ensure the stable operation of the aircraft in complex environments and achieve Effective coordination with the ground command center and other rescue units.Then,the emergency command aircraft's aerial disaster reconnaissance,aerial communication relay,aerial assisted decision-making,and aerial command and dispatch functions are verified through actual flight tests and practical exercises,which can significantly improve the flexibility and efficiency of emergency command and provide strong air support for emergency rescue operations.关键词
