艾司氯胺酮在烧伤患者围手术期应用的研究进展
Advancements on esketamine application in the perioperative management of burn patients
摘要
Abstract
Perioperative management of burn patients poses significant challenges,as they not only contend with tissue damage,meta-bolic disturbances,and systemic inflammatory responses,but also endure persistent pain and psychological burdens such as anxiety and depression.Esketamine,the S(+)-enantiomer of ketamine,has been widely used in perioperative anesthesia management due to its en-hanced anesthetic and analgesic efficacy with fewer adverse effects.This article reviews the pharmacological properties of esketamine,the pathophysiological characteristics of burn patients,and recent advances in the perioperative application of esketamine in this population,aiming to provide evidence-based support for its clinical use in burn patients.关键词
