运动调节量表的汉化及信效度检验
Chinesization of the Physical Activity Regulation Scale and its reliability and validity test

Abstract
Objective:To translate the English version of the Physical Activity Regulation Scale(PARS)into Chinese and to test its reliability and validity in patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods:Based on the Brislin translation model,the Chinese version of the physical activity regulation scale was developed through translation,cultural adaptation and pre-experiment.For testing the reliability and validity of the scale,435 patients with cardiovascular disease hospitalized in a tertiary grade A hospital in Nanjing were selected by convenience sampling from December 2023 to March 2024.Results:The Chinese version of Physical Activity Regulation Scale included 4 dimensions and 14 entries.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.971 and the fold-half reliability was 0.930.The exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors,which were proactive regulation,reactive regulation,social monitoring and self-monitoring,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 89.248%.The content validity index of each item was from 0.833 to 1.000,and the content validity index of the total scale was 0.917.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed a good model fit.Conclusions:The Chinese version of Physical Activity Regulation Scale has good reliability and validity,and it could be used as an effective assessment tool for the physical activity regulation ability of patients with cardiovascular disease.关键词
