三级甲等医院外科临床带教教师带教能力培训体系的构建
Construction of a training system for teaching ability of surgical clinical teachers in tertiary grade A hospitals

Abstract
Objective:To construct a training system for the teaching ability of surgical clinical teachers in tertiary grade A hospitals based on the OBE concept.Methods:Guided by the OBE concept,based on literature review,semi-structured interviews,Delphi expert inquiry,and analytic hierarchy process,the content and weight of each indicator of the training system for the teaching ability of surgical clinical teachers in tertiary grade A hospitals were determined.Results:A total of 19 experts were consulted.The effective response rate of the questionnaires in two rounds of inquiry were 100%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.867 and 0.871,respectively.The Kendall,s harmony coefficients were 0.098-0.209 and 0.129-0.218,respectively(P<0.05).The finally training system for the teaching ability of surgical clinical teachers in tertiary grade A hospitals included 7 primary indicators,24 secondary indicators,and 57 tertiary indicators.Conclusions:The constructed training system for the teaching ability of surgical clinical teachers in tertiary grade A hospitals based on the OBE concept has good scientificity,practicality,and pertinence.And it could provide a reference for standardized training of surgical clinical teachers.关键词
