摘要

Abstract

Soybean(Glycine max)is an important grain and economic crop,and root rot is one of the major diseases affecting soybean yield.In this study,symptomatic soybean plants were collected from major soybean-producing areas in Shandong Province,followed by the isolation and identification of Fusarium spe-cies and the screening of biocontrol fungi.The results showed that eight pathogenic Fusarium species were iso-lated from 53 sampling sites.Among which,Fusarium solani had the highest isolation frequency of 69.81%;F.culmorum exhibited the strongest pathogenicity with disease severity index of 71.43%in infected soybean plants;Trichoderma asperellum and T.harzianum demonstrated significant inhibitory effects on Fusarium growth with relative control efficacies of 36.81%and 32.79%,respectively,suggesting their potential as alter-natives to chemical fungicides.This study highlighted provided new insights and practical approaches to ensure soybean yield and food safety.
