中青年原发性肝癌病人失志的潜在类别分析
Latent class analysis of demoralization syndrome in young and middle-aged patients with primary liver cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the latent classes of them of demoralization syndrome(DS)in young and middle-aged patients with primary liver cancer.And to probe into the influencing factors of each.Methods:From November 2022 to June 2023,totally 185 cancer patients were investigated by general information questionnaire,DS-M,Vulnerable Personality Style Questionnaire(VPSQ)and Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-2nd edition(AAQ-Ⅱ).Results:Young and middle-aged patients with primary liver cancer were divided into three latent classes:high demoralization group(38.9%),medium demoralization fluctuation group(30.8%)and low demoralization-emotional distress group(30.3%).Logistic regression analysis results showed that,compared with low demoralization-emotional distress group,patients of age<45 years,stageⅢ/Ⅳ,susceptible personality,and high level of experiential avoidance accounted for a larger proportion in high demoralization group and medium demoralization group.Conclusions:Young and middle-aged patients with primary liver cancer have obvious classification characteristics of demoralization.Medical staff should focus on young people,patients with advanced cancer and predisposition personality characteristics,and give targeted interventions.At the same time,empirical avoidance can be used as the target for intervention of demoralization.And patients' positive psychological resources can be tapped to reduce their level of empirical avoidance.And one could help patients to find life responsibility and motivation and reduce the level of demoralization.关键词
