基于全面康复视角下脊髓损伤病人疾病全程照护方案的构建
Construction of whole-course care scheme for patients with spinal cord injury based on the perspective of comprehensive rehabilitation

Abstract
Objective:To construct a scientific,reliable and operable whole-process care scheme for patients with spinal cord injury,and to provide reference for the improvement of hospital-home-community continuous nursing model for patients with SCI in our country.Methods:Based on the trajectory theory of chronic disease,literature retrieval and semi-structured interview were used to formulate the first draft of the whole-course care plan for patients with spinal cord injury.A total of 16 experts were consulted by Delphi method for 2 rounds.And all levels of indicators were screened and modified.Results:The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 100.00%and 88.89%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.900 and 0.910.And the Kendall concordant coefficients were 0.145 and 0.199(P<0.001).The coefficient of variation of expert opinions in the second round of consultation ranged from 0.000 to 0.232.Finally the whole disease care plan for patients with spinal cord injury was formed,including 5 primary indexes,22 secondary indexes and 78 tertiary indexes.Conclusions:The whole course of care for patients with spinal cord injury is scientific,reliable,targeted and operable,which could meet the needs of patient-centered care and promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients.关键词
