摘要

Abstract

It has been a critical and urgent mission for China's management academia to advance the construction of Chinese management studies with independent knowledge system in the new era by rooted in China's historical and cultural context and deeply exploring its managerial essence.Around how to complete this task,we directly answered four fundamental questions:"Why build","What kind of paradigm","How to promote",and"Who can take on the responsibility".So far,Western manage-ment studies still lacks the construction of a framework system that should be based on the original meaning.The construction of Chinese management studies with independent knowledge system can be fully return to construct a new management system with deductive logical path and original mean-ing structure by exploring China's unique experience and characteristics.Specifically,it includes man-agement gene extraction for He He,six management hierarchy structures,and the integration of inter-nal and external logic and so on.The responsible party for the specific construction should be manage-ment scholars who meets all four basic requirements,namely insight into the West,deep cultivation of native culture,rich practice,and philosophical guidance.
