摘要

Abstract

Many difficulties faced by contemporary management research are closely related to the defi-ciencies in the study of the theory of human nature.Re-examining the relevant research on the theory of human nature is of great significance for constructing China's own management theory.On the basis of sorting out the relevant research on the theory of human nature in China and the West,we have con-structed a dynamic human nature model with three levels,namely,original nature,inborn nature and acquired nature.Combined with some research results in psychology,this human nature model can re-solve many disputes over the theory of human nature.We believe that this human nature model is an excellent entry point and an important foundation for constructing China's management theory.There-fore,it can be called the Chinese Management Theory of Human Nature Model.
