妊娠期糖尿病风险预测模型的构建
Construction of risk prediction model for gestational diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and to construct a risk prediction model for GDM.Methods:A total of 1 197 pregnant women who gave birth in Tongzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to whether they had diabetes mellitus,they were divided into the diabetes group(n=302)and the non-diabetes group(n=895).Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of GDM.A risk prediction model was constructed.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test were used to evaluate the prediction model.Results:The results showed that age,glycated hemoglobin,triglyceride,glucose,and uric acid levels were independent influencing factors for GDM(all P<0.05).The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of the prediction model was 0.766(95%CI 0.734-0.798).Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test results showed that,χ2=5.266,P=0.729.The specificity of the prediction model was 81.6%.And the sensitivity was 60.1%.Conclusions:Age,glycated hemoglobin,triglyceride,glucose,and uric acid levels are independent influencing factors for GDM.Early intervention and management of GDM should be carried out to improve the maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
