Abstract
On the basis of systematizing the concept of"inner saintliness and external kingship"in Chi-nese leadership,the unique concept of"gongfu"in China is introduced,attempting to construct a com-plete study of Chinese leadership from the perspective of gongfu philosophy.On this basis,it further elaborates that the study of Chinese style leadership based on the philosophy of Gongfu can provide so-lutions to three fundamental problems in Western leadership theory research.关键词
