Research progress on care dependency of patients with colostomy
摘要
Abstract
The concept,assessment tools,current situation,influencing factors and intervention strategies of care dependency in patients with enterostomy were reviewed.It is pointed out that excessive care dependency psychology and behavior often lead to inadequate self-management ability of patients with enterostomy,and improving the degree of care dependency is of great significance to improve the self-efficacy of patients with enterostomy.In the future,the population of patients with enterostomy should be expanded in the field of care dependency research,and specific assessment tools for care dependency of patients with enterostomy should be developed to construct intervention programs.关键词
